Hi there!

I just wanted to say that I have not experienced such problems programming Java and running JSP under Vista (although I run Tomcat instead of Caucho's Resin).

I've installed MSFT Flight Simulator X, Fall Out, Bioshok, Command & Conquer Tiberium Wars, Assasin Creeds and some more without any problem in my Dell laptop with preinstalled Vista. Don't you think that part of the problem may be that people is reluctant to any operating system change?. I remember how traumatic It was to upgrade W98 to XP for some of my "clients". They were always complaining about XP as they do now about Vista. Anyway, let me say that, although I love gaming too, I don't usually play in the PC but in my Wii or Xbox360.

If you don't mind, let me tell you something your system (doesn't matter if It runs Vista or XP) can be useful for apart from word processor/browser: SKYPE. :-) I turn it on some nights hoping you are goin' to be there (It's afternoon -6pm or 7pm- in your timezone) ;-).

Ok Al... I think I'll love this site from now on and I'll try to read it mor often.
